Once the heart opens, the mind gets to work. We examine the beliefs you inherited - about your body, your desires, your worth - and you get to decide, maybe for the first time, which ones you actually want to carry.

Where liberation becomes real.
This is where everything lands. In your voice. In your words. In your ability to say - out loud, to yourself or someone you trust - exactly what you want, what you need, and what gives you pleasure. With no shame. No apology. No filter.

This Is Not Theory.
At 58 years old, I experienced a sexual liberation that dismantled everything I thought I knew about myself. Everything I had kept locked away. Every desire I had never named. Every feeling about my body I had never examined.
That experience showed me that freedom was possible - for me, at 58, after a lifetime of silence. And if it was possible for me, I know it is possible for you.
I built Talking About Intimacy because you deserve a space where the conversations most people fear become the conversations that set you free.
