How is coaching different from counseling?

Coaches do not typically provide advice or deal with the past; we primarily focus on clarifying the present and the future. Our expertise is in helping you navigate internal inquiry by actively listening, asking questions from a place of curiosity, and providing observations when appropriate to allow your own wisdom to emerge. You know the answers you seek; we help you unearth them in a place of safety and support. Where appropriate, I’m also glad to provide additional information and resources that will assist you in meeting your sex and intimacy goals.
